Driving to Serekunda market back in 2018 was incredible, but due to the Corona pandemic, we’re restricted to travel to The Gambia again. It must be challenging for the local businesses during this time because they don’t receive a financial social support from the government. Plus the tourist industry is also affected so very few are travelling there to contribute to their financial situation.
We cannot wait to go back and buy wax print etc… in a fair-trade manner.
